All Natural Farms cattle are single suckled and fed on a grass-based diet. Our preferred traditional breeds include Sussex, Lincoln Red, Welsh Black and Aberdeen Angus cattle are all fully traceable from birth to slaughter.

We carefully select our cattle on the farm before taking them to a local abattoir. The meat is hung, for periods as specified by our customers, for up to 28 days. The carcass is then issued with a certificate from our unique computerised traceability system.
